Nestor’s family has long called Coral Gables home, with his mother and siblings all residing here. In 2020, he and his wife Ludovica chose to raise their twin daughters in the City Beautiful, continuing his family’s multigenerational connection to Coral Gables.
A University of Miami–trained attorney, Nestor has been actively involved in local civic life since 2023. He has served on the City’s Planning and Zoning Board, as well as the Charter Review Committee. His commitment to service reflects his deep respect for the values that define Coral Gables—family, service, and excellence.
From his early days playing Pop Warner football at the Youth Center to his current role as an engaged resident and community member, Nestor has always believed in investing his time and energy where it matters most—here at home in Coral Gables. His goal is to strengthen the sense of community, tradition, and quality of life that make our city unique.

He has served on both the Planning and Zoning Board and the Charter Review Committee, approaching each role with transparency, fairness, and a focus on what’s best for residents.
Nestor believes public service starts with listening. From his early days playing Pop Warner football at the Youth Center to raising his twin daughters here today, his life has always revolved around this community. He understands what families expect: safe neighborhoods, responsible growth, strong communication from their leaders, and a city that protects its traditions while building a better future.
